Does this service include organic recycling bins?

Yes, when you sign up please indicate that you have a recycling bin - especially if it is located away from your standard waste bin.

Is this a replacement for the city's waste management?

No, I'm just moving bins to and from the curb, you will still need to pay the city for waste pickup.

Is this a city-wide service?

Currently, no. This service is being offered solely to residents of Tanglewood that live on or near the specified route - for more information please visit the Route page.

What about when there is an unexpected service interruption by the city?

I am subscribed to receive information from the Wichita Falls Public Information Department. In the case of waste management pausing or changing its schedule unexpectedly I will act on the information I receive. If you wish to subscribe to that email list you can find a link on the Resoures page.

Generally, service interruptions will likely align with road closures.
